ERA Partners LLC, a San Francisco-based private investment firm, has finalized the sale of Robinson Waste Holdings Group LLC to Republic Services Inc.
Robinson Waste is a vertically integrated environmental services platform providing waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal solutions across Northern Utah. Since its founding in 1989 by Steve and Karen Robinson, the company has established a strong market position through a consistent commitment to customer service, operational excellence and community partnership.
During ERA’s ownership, Robinson Waste executed a strategic transformation focused on expanding its recycling and transfer station infrastructure capabilities while strengthening the company’s core collection operations. ERA partnered closely with management to implement a comprehensive value creation strategy designed to support long-term growth, operational scalability, and enhanced environmental infrastructure services across the region.
