EnerSpar Corp. has entered into a further amending agreement with MindFull Capital Inc. in connection with the business combination agreement previously entered into on April 16, 2019. The deadline for closing of the business combination transaction has been extended to February 28, 2020.
Additionally, the company has appointed John-Peter Bradford to the board of directors of EnerSpar, filling one of the two vacancies created by resignations following the AGM. Bradford comes from a strong management, research and governance background and, among other things, was founder and chief executive officer of Metro Photonics Inc. when it raised over $75m in 2000.
It is EnerSpar’s intention to apply for a listing on the CSE for its new subsidiary company designed to carry on its business when the MindFull Transaction is completed.
