On September 29, 2025, Commercial Metals Company received an adverse ruling on its post-trial motions in the Pacific Steel Group v. Commercial Metals Co. (N.D. Cal.) litigation. The court upheld the jury’s verdict on November 5, 2024 in favor of Pacific Steel Group. “We are very disappointed by the outcome, and plan to appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. CMC stands by the strong integrity of its business practices and will vigorously defend its position.”
