The board of members of the World Steel Association (worldsteel) elected the following executive board of directors for the 2025/2026 period. The individuals on the executive board of directors will hold office for one year:
- Chair – Uğur Dalbeler – chief executive officer, Çolakoğlu Metalurji A.Ş.
- Vice-chair – Thachat Viswanath Narendran – chief executive officer & managing director, Tata Steel
- Vice-chair – Abdulqader Almubarak, chief executive officer, Saudi Iron and Steel Company (Hadeed)
- Treasurer – Mark Vassella, managing director & chief executive officer, BlueScope Steel Limited
The board of members also elected the 2025/2026 executive committee:
