The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to provide yard waste collection and processing locations throughout Franklin County, Ohio. Through this RFP process, SWACO is requesting Proposals:
- From facilities to receive and process residential and municipally generated yard waste
- To operate a yard waste collection facility at 4120 Roberts Road, Columbus Ohio, 43228.

Sealed proposals are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
