The addition of Waste Knot expands the company’s residential and commercial collection platform, increasing route density and driving incremental volume to Meridian Waste’s vertically integrated assets, including its Tri-City Materials Recovery Facility and Lunenburg Municipal Solid Waste Landfill. This enhanced asset utilization is expected to support improved operating efficiencies, margin expansion, and long-term cash flow growth.
Waste Knot’s operations will be seamlessly integrated into Meridian Waste’s existing Petersburg hauling facility. Customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service under existing agreements, while benefiting from Meridian Waste’s expanded resources, safety standards, and service capabilities.
