Ecological Laboratories, Inc. (ELI), a leader in microbial biotechnology solutions for environmental and waste management applications, announced a strategic exclusivity agreement with AleAva Environmental for North America.
Under this agreement, AleAva Environmental will serve as ELI’s exclusive provider of biological solutions for landfill and waste management operations across North America. This exclusivity applies to all landfill operations from trash pick-up, transfer station, composting and onsite wastewater processes that are owned and operated directly by landfill owners, their direct affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or entities under common control.
AleAva’s exclusive designation extends to all related, ancillary, or supporting operations conducted at landfill sites or sites owned by landfill companies, whether performed within landfill boundaries or at separate off-site locations. This includes, without limitation, leachate treatment, methane and odor control, landfill gas support, transfer station operations, composting activities, bioremediation programs, and other waste management functions owned and operated by the landfill operators.
AleAva will represent ELI’s biotechnology solutions under a private-label framework specifically tailored to landfill and waste facility applications, reinforcing a focused and specialized approach to this sector.
