U-Pull-&-Pay (UPAP) Phoenix and Albuquerque stores each received the prestigious Safety & Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) designation from the U.S. Department of Labor. UPAP’s Phoenix facility is the first self-serve auto part recycler in the U.S. to receive this award; the Albuquerque facility is the second.
The Phoenix and Albuquerque facilities were recognized for their commitment to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. SHARP is the highest honor OSHA awards to small worksites that demonstrate an exemplary commitment to workplace safety and health.
U-Pull-&-Pay operates 9 self-serve used auto parts stores across the U.S., each with over 1,000 used cars and trucks displayed on stands, arranged in rows, and separated by manufacturer. Customers bring their own tools to remove parts, drive train components or any other accessories needed. U-Pull-&-Pay is wholly owned by The David J. Joseph Company.
