Republic Services, Inc. has completed its acquisition of GFL Environmen-tal’s Colorado and New Mexico opera-tions. The vertically integrated opera-tions include recycling, collection and disposal assets in four Colorado markets: – Denver, Colorado Springs, Durango and Cañon City – as well as the Bloom-field, New Mexico market.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
