Nucor Corporation elected Michael W. Lamach as a director, effective September 1, 2022.
Lamach served as executive chair of Trane Technologies plc from July 2021 until his retirement in December 2021. Previously, Lamach served as chairman and chief executive officer of Trane Technologies from its separation from Ingersoll-Rand plc in February 2020 to July 2021.
